Holkar Ji Wansaathi provides digital matchmaking services.
Because digital services are delivered instantly and involve profile visibility, data access, and premium features, all payments made on the platform are generally non-refundable.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan or premium service.
2. No Return Policy
Since we do not ship physical products, no returns are applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are NOT provided under the following circumstances:
- If the user changes their mind after purchasing a plan.
- If the user does not find a match or is dissatisfied with matches shown.
- If the user does not use the service after payment.
- If the account gets suspended due to policy violations.
- If the user provides incorrect information, fake details, or misuses the platform.
4. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following rare cases:

Duplicate Payment
If the user was charged twice for the same service due to a technical error. -
Payment Failure But Amount Debited
If the user paid, but the service was not activated due to a system error. -
Incorrect Amount Charged
If an incorrect amount was deducted due to a payment gateway issue.
For any of these cases, the user must provide:
- Proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshots, bank statement, etc.).
- Registered mobile number or email.
Note:
Approval or rejection of a refund request is at the sole discretion of Holkar Ji Wansaathi.
5. Timeframe for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Requests after 7 days will not be eligible for review.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
7. Non-Transferability
- Payments made for services are non-transferable to another user account.
- Purchased plans cannot be paused, exchanged, or extended unless explicitly stated.
